Privacy Policy
Last updated September 17, 2026.
This site is run by Hands of Hope Wellness Center LLC, doing business as Offering Hope. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what it is never used for. Plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to read a privacy policy.
The short version
There are no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no Facebook tracker, no session recording. Nobody is following you around the internet because you read about a workshop.
What you type into a form comes to Hope. That is essentially the whole story.
What is collected
What you give us. When you fill in the contact form, request The Hope Reset, register for a workshop, or ask about the membership, you give a name, an email address, and sometimes a phone number and whatever you choose to write in the message.
One thing stored in your browser. The site saves a single item in your browser's local storage recording how you first arrived here, for example from a search engine or a direct link. It holds no name, no email, and nothing identifying. It never leaves your browser except as a general label attached to a form you choose to submit. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What is not collected. No advertising identifiers. No cross-site tracking. No location beyond what you tell us. No payment card numbers ever touch this website.
Where it goes
Form submissions go to the customer relationship system Offering Hope uses to keep track of conversations, GoHighLevel. Email is delivered through Mailgun and Google Workspace. Payments, when you make one, are handled by Square, which processes the card directly. Hope does not see or store your card number.
These companies process your information so that Offering Hope can run. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Your information is never sold. It is never rented. It is never traded. There is no list being brokered anywhere.
Email and text messages
If you give an email address, you may hear about workshops, the membership, and what Hope is working on. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
If you give a phone number and agree to texts, you may get occasional messages about a session or an event you signed up for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying anything, and phone numbers collected for texting are not shared with anyone for their own marketing.
What you can ask for
Email hope@offeringhope.co and you can ask to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You do not need a reason and you will not be treated differently for asking. California residents have these rights under state law; Hope extends them to everyone because drawing a line at the state border would be strange.
Some records have to be kept for a while, such as receipts for a purchase, but marketing contact stops the moment you say so.
Children
This site is not for children. Nothing here is directed at anyone under 18, and information is not knowingly collected from them. Aho products are for adults 21 and over and are sold only through licensed California retailers, never on this website.
Changes, and how to reach a human
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything significant will be said plainly rather than slipped in.
