Built To Break

One hour · Free to attend · Next date coming soon

What you're carrying isn't stress. It isn't random. It's a message — what your body carries and what your mind won't say.

One hour. No circle, no sharing. Just the science of why the body holds what the mind won't say, and tools to start letting it go.

Free to attend

No ticket, no registration. Come as you are, bring someone who needs to hear it.

The next step

The Rebuild

Saturday, November 7 · 11am–1pm · Caliber Cabinets, Livermore · $55

You can look good on paper and still feel like something's off. Still stuck. Still running on empty and calling it fine. The Rebuild is two hours of recovery. We build the map: where you are now, and the way forward. We get honest about where you actually are, and where you want to be. We learn to tell fear from intuition, so you can trust your own read again. We clear the old beliefs and quiet agreements running the show. And we find the first real steps toward what's next.

This isn't about digging up where it all started. It's about what's driving you right now, and where you're headed next. Two hours. Come as you are. Leave lighter. There's always Hope.

Saturday, November 7, 11am to 1pm, at Caliber Cabinets in Livermore. Registration opens soon. Get on the list and you'll be the first to know.

After the workshop

The change doesn't happen in two hours. It happens in the weeks after. Long Live Hope is the monthly group coaching membership where that work keeps going — two live calls a month, and a room to bring the old patterns to when they come back knocking.
