These terms cover this website and everything Offering Hope sells through it: workshops, 1:1 coaching, the Long Live Hope membership, and speaking engagements. Offering Hope is a trade name of Hands of Hope Wellness Center LLC, a California limited liability company. Using the site or booking anything means these terms apply.

Read this part even if you skip the rest.

Coaching, workshops, and the membership are education and coaching. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment for any condition. Hope Kimple is not acting as your physician, therapist, or licensed mental health provider, and no practitioner and patient relationship is created by anything here.

If you are dealing with a medical or psychological condition, keep working with the professionals who treat it. Nothing said in a session or a workshop is a reason to stop, start, or change medication or treatment. That is a conversation for your doctor.

If you are in crisis, this is not the right resource. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency.

You stay responsible for your own choices and your own wellbeing. Nobody can promise a particular outcome from this work, and nothing here does.

Prices are shown on the page for each offer and can change, though never for something you have already paid for. Payment is taken through Square.

Workshops. Seats are limited and confirmed when payment clears. If you cannot make it, let Hope know and you can move to a later date within a year. If Hope cancels, you get a full refund or a seat at the next one, your choice.

1:1 sessions. Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged, because the time was held for you.

Long Live Hope. The membership bills monthly and continues until you cancel. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for; months already paid are not refunded. The founding rate is locked for as long as your membership stays active without a break. Leave and rejoin later and you join at whatever rate is current.

Aho products are manufactured under Hands of Hope Wellness Center LLC and sold through licensed California retailers. They are not sold on this website and cannot be ordered here. They are for adults 21 and over.

These products contain cannabis. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Testimonials on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

The membership includes live group calls. What people share in that room stays in that room. Do not record, screenshot, or repeat what someone else says outside the group. Anyone who makes the space unsafe can be removed without a refund. This is the one rule that is not negotiable.

The writing, frameworks, recordings, and materials on this site and in these programs belong to Hands of Hope Wellness Center LLC. You are welcome to use them for your own life. You may not resell them, teach them as your own, or share paid materials with people who have not paid for them.

Giving an email address means you may hear from Offering Hope. Every message has a working unsubscribe link.

If you give a phone number and agree to texts, you may get occasional messages about a booking or an event. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to end and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase. How this information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent California law allows, Hands of Hope Wellness Center LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or the programs, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the thing the claim is about.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Alameda County, California. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

These terms can change. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to use the site means the new version applies.
